  Experience: Jeff: Earned his Executive MBA from Georgetown University and most recently wrapped up a 21 year career working for AOL, Inc. as VP of Finance and Sales Operations. During his time at AOL he helped the executives navigate complex business challenges, integrated numerous acquisitions into their processes, and helped the sales organization become more efficient and profitable. Everything I have done was focused on delivering superior levels of service to my partners. I bring a wealth of executive-level decision-making and leadership skills to my role at PrideStaff. Jim: I hold a master's degree in education from Frostburg State University. My diverse professional career includes coaching college football, serving as a project manager and business analyst for AOL Advertising, and working as an IT program director for The Nature Conservancy, directing global technology initiatives for the world’s largest conservation organization. I consider myself a jack of all trades, skilled in developing teams, navigating complex business relationships and innovative problem solving; I apply the breadth of professional experience I've acquired to help employers develop and implement effective staffing solutions. Stress Relief: When I'm not working I love spending time with my wonderful family, playing in the yard with my kids, coaching youth sports, and hanging out with good friends.
