Nationally certified by the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine CPT, SFS, CES & GFS. Over 30 years of certified personal training experience. Dedicated to helping people stay mobile, fit and healthy as they age. Private and clean facilty in a peaceful setting. Wheel chair accessible private restroom and shower in our facility.
